Role Purpose:
Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise Global Capability Centre (GCC) programs — typically 2-3 or more concurrent engagements at a time — acting as the connective layer between ANSR Client Partners, Delivery workstreams, and Client leadership. Accountable for each program from intake through stabilization, ensuring it is planned, governed, and delivered against agreed scope, timeline, and value outcomes.

Program Delivery:
- Accountable for programs from intake through stabilization, across a portfolio of 2-3+ concurrent GCC engagements at a time
- Own integrated program plans across all workstreams for every program in your portfolio
- Map dependencies across workstreams, functions, and client stakeholders to prevent deliv
