About the Company

We are looking for a highly experienced, commercially astute and result-oriented Head – Lab Chemicals to lead and drive the overall business of the Lab Chemicals vertical across India. The incumbent will have end-to-end business responsibility for developing and executing the growth strategy for the Lab Chemicals portfolio, with accountability for revenue, profitability, market expansion, customer acquisition, key account development, channel management, product portfolio growth and team leadership. The role requires a strong understanding of the Laboratory Chemicals, Research Chemicals, Scientific Products, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Academic and Industrial Research markets, along with a proven track record of building businesses, developing markets and delivering sustainable growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be expected to combine strategic leadership with robust market presence, personally engaging with key customers, institutions,



channel partners and industry stakeholders while providing direction to the sales and business development organization.

Offline Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote the company’s product portfolio to target customers (academic institutions, research labs, pharmaceutical companies, etc.).
- Plan and oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Organize product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops to showcase product applications and benefits.
- Create and distribute offline marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, and posters.
- Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, and agents to expand the company’s reach in the market.

Sales and Support
- Work closely with the sales team to create region-specific sales strategies and support field sales efforts.
