The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the real estate development industry , with a proven track record in financial planning, project finance, accounting, taxation, cash-flow management, budgeting, MIS, statutory compliance, audits, and financial strategy. Candidates from reputed real estate developer groups such as M3M, Bhutani, Sikka, Aditya or similar established developer organizations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities 1.



Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement the organization's overall financial strategy in alignment with business objectives. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CMD/CEO/Management. Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team across the organization. Establish strong financial controls, processes, SOPs, and reporting systems. 2. Project Finance & Real Estate Accounting Oversee complete financial management of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Monitor project-wise profitability, cost, revenue, receivables, payables, and cash flows. Ensure proper accounting and financial tracking of land, construction, development, and project-related expenses. Monitor project budgets against actual expenditure and identify variances. Ensure effective utilization and allocation of project funds. 3. Cash Flow & Fund Management Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term cash-flow projections.
