Education : B.Com / M.Com/Diploma in Logistics & SCM
nExperience : 5 to 6 Years of qualified experience

nKey activities :

- n
- Receipt of Purchase orders from end customers (OEM’s, Distributor etc)n
- Scrutiny of orders for correctness and completeness for agreed terms and conditions (Payment term, Delivery term, Currency, Price, Trade discount etc)n
- Booking of sales orders in SAP, based on normal or special pricing and send order acknowledgment copy to customer on timen
- Aligning with Sales / Factory / Customer for any special actions on the ordersn
- Logistics co-ordination for shipmentsn
- Communication to customers on order status, open orders and Priority order status on time to time.n




- Checking and updating the customers master data on time to time in SAP in consultation with Commercial teamn
- Handling of customer complaints & return shipmentn
- Keeping monthly track of MIS and defined KPI’sn
- Monitoring accuracy of orders placed by customer and timely updating to managementn
- Sharing DN report with Distributor for complete shipment consolidationn
- On time sharing of DN details from Germany warehouse to get the FF details from customern
- Issuing Proforma invoice to Advance customer & follow up for payment before releasing the DNn
- Responsible for customer's EDI management as & when / where applicablen
