Role Overview
nWe are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Demand Management (EDM) Consultant with a strong background in OpenText/HP PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and exposure to AI-driven solutions . The ideal candidate should have experience supporting enterprise demand management processes, implementing enhancements, working with business stakeholders, and leveraging AI capabilities to improve demand management, portfolio planning, reporting, and decision-making.
nKey Responsibilities

- Support and enhance Enterprise Demand Management (EDM) processes and solutions.n
- Gather business and technical requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.n
- Design, configure, and implement demand management workflows, request types, dashboards, and reports.n
- Drive enhancements across Project Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Demand Management modules.n
- Design and develop data extracts, procedures, packages, functions, and integrations.n
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytics,



and executive reporting solutions.n
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and automation.n
- Support UAT, production support, defect resolution, and ongoing platform optimization.n
- Provide best-practice recommendations around portfolio planning, investment management, resource management, and demand governance.n
- Prepare solution documentation, functional specifications, technical design documents, and process flows.n

- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Demand Management (EDM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).n
- Robust experience with OpenText PPM / HP PPM .n
