nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and expand our business in the Chennai market and surrounding territories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bath fittings/sanitaryware sales, excellent market knowledge, and proven expertise in dealer/distributor management, team coordination, market development, and achievement of sales targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Chennai and assigned surrounding territories.n
- Achieve assigned sales, collection, market development, and business growth targets.n
- Appoint, develop, and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.n




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.n
- Manage and strengthen existing dealer and distributor relationships to ensure consistent business.n
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and customer requirements.n
- Develop relationships with plumbers, contractors, architects, builders, and other key influencers.n
- Plan and execute dealer meets, plumber meets, retailer meets, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.n
- Ensure effective brand promotion, product visibility, merchandising, and display across the assigned territory.n
- Guide and coordinate with Sales Executives/field sales team members to improve market coverage and productivity.n
