Specialization subjects: Managing Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, Advanced Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, Competency Mapping and Assessment Centers, Human Resource Analytics,



Human Resource Information System, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, International Human Resource Management, Organizational Change and Development etc.

Qualification: PhD with area specialization in HR & OB (PhD from Top 100 NIRF ranked Universities / Institutions or top 200 QS Global ranked Universities are preferred) .

Eligibility Criteria

Professor
Applicants for the Professor position must demonstrate an outstanding research record, publications in reputed academic journals, and proven academic leadership skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience with a top ranked Universities/Institution.
- Ph.D. degree from a top 100 NIRF-rated institute/ universities or a top 200 QS university.
