About the Role
nWe are looking for a senior, hands-on engineering leader who can take broader technical ownership across the team and drive complex engineering initiatives independently.

nKey Responsibilities

- Own technical design and execution for complex engineering initiatives.n
- Translate business and operational requirements into transparent, scalable technical solutions.n
- Drive execution across multiple engineering projects and workstreams.n
- Review architecture, implementation approach and overall engineering quality.n
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and coordinate resolution across teams.n
- Own backend and production engineering decisions across critical services.n
- Mentor engineers and improve technical decision-making within the team.n
- Remain hands-on with debugging, design reviews and implementation when required.n
- Drive delivery, prioritisation and technical follow-through.n
- Improve engineering processes, reliability,



observability and operational discipline.n
- Identify architectural and technical risks early and drive appropriate remediation.n
- Partner with Product, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure engineering outcomes align with business needs.n

nWhat We’re Looking For
n
- n
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.n
- Strong hands-on backend or full-stack engineering background.n
- Deep experience with Node.js / MERN stack .n
- Working knowledge of Python .n
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, queues, asynchronous processing and distributed systems .n
- Experience owning and supporting production-grade systems.n
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis capability.n
- Experience handling critical production incidents and complex system failures.n
- Strong architectural thinking and requirement-understanding ability.n
- Experience technically leading or mentoring engineer
