nAt Tipstat, we build AI systems that run whole business workflows. Our two products are Ozyn.AI, a productivity assistant that works across Gmail, CRM, Calendar, Sheets and 50+ other integrations, and Alvoff, an AI-native B2B procurement platform. Our customers are mid-market companies, many in regulated industries.

nYou'll be our first dedicated product experience hire. You'll own how both products feel, from the first click to the hundredth workflow.

nWhat you'll do
n
- n
- Talk to users every week, watch session recordings and dig into data to find the gap between what people say and what they actually don
- Design trust between people and AI agents: when an agent acts on its own and when it asks first, how it shows its work, and how users take back controln
- Shape behavior, not just screens, using motivation, habit, cognitive load and deliberate frictionn
- Own the whole journey:



onboarding, empty states, errors, notifications, emails and pricingn
- Give our products a distinct feel instead of the generic SaaS look, and back your choices with evidencen
- Tie design to activation, adoption of agent workflows and retention, and run experiments to learn what works and whyn
- Use Claude Design, Figma and code prototypes to explore quickly, then spend your time choosing and refiningn
- Work with founders and engineering to shape the roadmapn
- Build our experience principles, design system and research practicen

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- 6+ years in product design or UX, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflow toolsn
- Deep working knowledge of user psychology and behavioral design. You can explain why a design works, not just that it looks goodn
- Research skills you actually use: interviews, usability testing and product analyticsn
- Solid craft in inter
