Cloutflow is a technology-led influencer marketing company helping brands plan, execute and measure creator campaigns.

We’re looking for an Influencer Media Planner who can turn a brand brief into a explicit, commercially sound influencer strategy. You should understand creators, audiences and content—and use data to explain where a brand should invest, who it should work with and what results it can reasonably expect.

What you’ll own
- Campaign planning: Translate brand objectives, audience insights and budgets into influencer media plans with clear platform choices, creator mixes, content formats and campaign timelines.
- Creator selection: Identify and evaluate creators based on audience relevance, content quality, brand fit, historical performance, audience authenticity and commercial viability.
- Budget allocation: Recommend how to distribute investment across platforms, creator tiers and deliverables to meet campaign objectives.
- Performance forecasting: Build realistic estimates for views, impressions,



engagement and cost efficiency using historical data and clearly stated assumptions.
- Commercial evaluation: Assess creator pricing, benchmark costs and work with sourcing teams to improve value while protecting the quality of the plan.
- Client proposals: Create compelling presentations that explain the strategy, creator recommendations, budgets and expected outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, strategy, creative and campaign execution teams to ensure recommendations are practical and aligned with the brief.
- Campaign optimisation: Review live and completed campaign performance, identify opportunities to reallocate investment and apply learnings to future plans.
- Planning intelligence: Maintain creator benchmarks, category insights and performance learnings that improve the speed and quality of planning.
