3 D Texture Artist – Character & Background Company: The Lead Vision Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–5 Years Industry: 3 D Animation | Kids Content | Nursery Rhymes Hiring Contact: About the Role The Lead Vision is looking for a skilled and creative 3 D Texture Artist (Character + Background) with strong experience in creating bright, colourful and visually appealing textures for kids' animation content. We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked on Kids Nursery Rhymes, English Rhymes, Preschool Content, or similar colourful 3 D animation projects. The ideal candidate should understand how to create cute, vibrant and kid-friendly characters and environments while maintaining consistency across multiple episodes and production assets. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality textures for 3 D characters, props, environments and backgrounds. Develop bright, colourful and attractive visual styles suitable for English nursery rhymes and preschool audiences. Create appealing textures for kids, animals, toys, houses,



playgrounds, farms, vehicles, classrooms and other rhyme environments. Perform clean and optimized UV mapping and UV layouts. Create and manage materials, shaders and PBR textures. Maintain consistent colours, materials and overall visual quality across characters and environments. Follow established art direction, references and colour palettes. Optimize textures according to production requirements without compromising visual quality. Coordinate with Modeling, Lighting, Animation and Production teams. Complete assigned assets within production deadlines and handle required revisions efficiently. Required Candidate Profile3–5 years of professional experience in 3 D Character and/or Setting Texturing.
