Sales Manager – Luxury Residential Real Estate | Goa Bennet & Bernard is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive on-ground sales of premium and luxury residential homes in Goa. This is a hands-on sales role with direct ownership of the customer journey — from lead qualification and client engagement to site visits, negotiation and sales closure. Skills & Experience5+ years of Premium Residential Real Estate sales experience Solid client engagement, communication, negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build relationships and networks. Good understanding of lead qualification, CRM and sales pipeline management, with a strong target and ownership mindset. Knowledge of the Goa real estate market, buyer profiles, pricing and competition is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Own the complete sales cycle — qualify leads, understand buyer requirements, conduct site visits, negotiate and drive opportunities to closure. Identify genuine prospects based on budget, requirement, buying intent and project fit, maintaining disciplined follow-up and reviving relevant leads. Present Bennet & Bernard properties confidently, providing accurate project, pricing, specification and cost information while managing client expectations.
