About the Role:
Brez Q is looking for a Research Analyst – USA Staffing / Lead Generation to support our Business Development team in identifying and researching potential clients across the US staffing market.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in USA Staffing / US Recruitment and understand the US market, staffing companies, hiring processes, and key decision-makers.
Mandatory Requirement
Prior experience in USA Staffing / US Recruitment is mandatory.
Candidates with general B2 B lead generation or lead generation experience from other industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Research prospective clients and companies within the US Staffing market
Build and maintain targeted B2 B prospect lists
Identify HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Directors, and other key decision-makers
Conduct company and market research to identify potential business opportunities




Support cold email and outreach campaigns
Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team
Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM/database records
Research new accounts, companies, and potential staffing opportunities in the US market
Work closely with the Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversion
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in USA Staffing / US Recruitment
Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment market
Experience in B2 B lead generation and prospect research
Knowledge of identifying key decision-makers within organizations
Experience with cold email and email outreach
Strong research and data-mining skills
Experience using tools such as Apollo, Linked In, Contact Out, Hunter, Clay, Hub Spot , or similar platforms
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a US shift
