We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Controlling. The candidate should have successfully participated in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation and must be adaptable to travel to client locations based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SAP CO activities across the complete S/4 HANA implementation lifecycle.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions.
Conduct requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure and support key SAP CO processes, including:
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Cost Object Controlling
Planning and Budgeting
Actual and Plan Costing
Work on integration between SAP CO and FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
Configure and support S/4 HANA Controlling and Universal Journal processes.




Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for required developments and enhancements.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and regression testing.
Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and master-data-related activities.
Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
Conduct workshops and provide training/knowledge transfer to business users.
Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Analyze and resolve functional issues within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project management.
Travel to client locations as required.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of relevant SAP CO experience.
Must have completed or significantly contributed to at least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
