We’re looking for an experienced Embedded QA / Test Engineer to build the automated testing foundation behind a connected-device platform. You’ll own hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and firmware regression testing, helping ensure that every firmware build is reliable, validated, and ready before reaching devices in the field. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining hardware, firmware, Python automation and quality engineering to find problems before customers do. Location: Dominican Republic or India Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Delivery Lead What You’ll Own* Design and maintain hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test rigs for connected devices.* Build and automate firmware regression testing across kernels, drivers, and networking stacks.* Define and track test coverage, quality,



and defect metrics.* Reproduce and verify complex hardware and firmware defects alongside Embedded Systems and Device Driver engineers.* Own the go/no-go quality gate before OTA firmware releases.* Integrate automated hardware testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
