*Location:* Bangalore ️ *Territory:* South India *Experience:* 7–8+ Years*Key Responsibilities* * Lead and drive sales growth across the South Zone* Develop and execute regional *B2 B sales strategies* to achieve revenue targets* Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team* Build and strengthen relationships with *hospitals, surgeons, purchase teams, distributors, and key decision-makers Identify current business opportunities and develop strategic accounts* Manage the complete B2 B sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure* Develop market expansion strategies and strengthen the company's presence across South India* Monitor market trends, competition, customer requirements, and sales performance* Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular business reports* Work closely with management, product, service, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution*What We’re Looking For*✅ *7–8+ years of relevant sales experience — mandatory*✅ *Strong B2 B sales experience
