Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled API Automation Test Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in API testing, test automation frameworks, REST/SOAP services, and CI/CD practices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated API test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain API automation test frameworks.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for REST and SOAP APIs.
- Validate API functionality, performance, security, and reliability.
- Design test scenarios, test cases,



and test data based on business requirements.
- Perform API contract, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve defects.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them through resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and testing standards.
