Role & responsibilities:

Paramedic Staff (G.N.M. / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing):

1. Act as a nurse

2. Maintain clinic & handling the Subject during Emergency and shifting to hospital.

3. Organize and perform Phlebotomy related activity (PK sample, post study, Pre check in, ambulatory sample).

4. Ensure proper disposal of biological waste generated in the department

5. Maintain and update all the system and SOPs in the department.

6. Participate in other project related activities as applicable.

7. Take part in the day-to-day conduct of the trials. Act as custodian for clinical studies.

8. Ensure maintenance of clinic and related area, and all logbooks in the clinical facility

9. Maintain hygiene and cleaning for clinical areas, Phase-1, ICU etc.

10. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department/Management.

Phlebotomist Staff (D.M.L.T. / M.L.T. / A.N.M):

1. Perform Phlebotomy and custodian Related Activity

2. Generate and check vaccuate labels during conduct of trials.

3. Maintain stock and inventory of all Phlebotomy related material

4. Maintain and check the Phlebotomy and housing area along with Equipment

5. Take up the responsibility of a day / night custodian and other project related activities

6. Check in, check out of subject.

7. Help maintain and update and systems and SOPs in the department.

8. Participate in study related activities as applicable.

9. Maintain the respective wings (Subject Wards) for completeness

10. Any other responsibility as assigned by the Head of the department.

Sample Separation Staff (B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry/Microbiology):

1.



Prepare study schedules and study Labels

2. Preparing and checking of labels for Instruments

3. Authorize to review and sign of generate raw data and logbook of equipment, instruments, and freezers of Sample separation

4. Recording of room temperature, humidity, and freezer temperature

5. Planning and arranging plasma for Projects and Method Validation

6. Temperature - Data logger Operation and maintenance and calibration

7. Ensure effective implementation of GLP, GCP and 21CFR by checking of instrument labels, completeness of logbooks of equipment and instruments and ensuring the instrument calibrations are done before due date

8. Responsible for periodic checking of fire extinguisher and Housekeeping

9. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department/Management

Clinical Custodian (Any Graduation):

1. Act as a custodian activity (Check in, Check out, arrangement of dosing, PK sample, post study, Pre check in, ambulatory sample, meal distribution and safety instruction )

2. Maintain stock and inventory of all Custodian related material

3. Ensure proper disposal of biological waste generated in the department

4. Participate in other project related activities as applicable

5. Take part in the day-to-day conduct of the trials. Act as custodian for clinical studies

6. Ensure maintenance of clinic and related area, and all logbooks in the clinical facility.

7. Maintain hygiene and cleaning for clinical areas, Phase-1 etc.

8. Handle project related archiving activities

9. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the Department/Management
