Role & responsibilities

1. Prescription & Medication Management - Review prescriptions for completeness, Dosage, frequency and potential medication interactions.

2. Dispense medicines accurately as per physician prescriptions.

3. Provide patients / caregivers with proper instructions on dosage, timing, storage and precautions.

4. Inventory and Stock Management - Maintain adequate stock of medicines and consumables.

5. Monitor Stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions.

6. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

7. Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) Principles.

8. Compliance and documentation - maintain pharmacy registers, invoices, stock records, and prescription records.

Ensure compliance with applicable Drug and Pharmacy regulations and license requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

* B. Pharma Must.

* Registration - Valid registration with the respective state pharmacy council and eligible to practice as a pharmacist.

* 3-8 Years of relevant experience in Hospital, Clinic, Healthcare center, oncology pharmacy or reputed retail pharmacy.

* Good knowledge of prescription reading, medicine dispensing, dosage, Drug interactions and medication safety.

* Valuable Command over local language.
