Job Summary

US Accounting Coach is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Support Executives Admission Counsellors to join our growing admissions team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, understanding candidates' career requirements, providing proper career and course counselling, following up with prospective students, and converting qualified inquiries into enrollments.

This is a sales-oriented counselling role, so candidates should be comfortable with calling, follow-ups, objection handling, achieving admission targets, and maintaining professional communication with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and other channels.
- Understand the candidate's education, experience, career goals, and current employment status.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding career opportunities in US Accounting & US Taxation.
- Explain course syllabus, practical training, duration, batch timings, fees, certification, examination process, and placement assistance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates and convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Handle candidates' questions and objections related to fees, career opportunities, salary expectations, course suitability, placement support, etc.
- Build trust with candidates through professional and transparent counselling.




- Schedule online/offline counselling sessions whenever required.
- Encourage reliable candidates to visit the office for detailed face-to-face counselling.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up dates, remarks, and communication history in CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions, training, accounts, and support teams after enrollment.
- Follow up on pending admission formalities and fee payments.
- Work towards individual and team admission/closure targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with candidates from initial inquiry through enrollment.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand a candidate's requirements before recommending a course.
- Confidence in handling sales objections and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Basic computer, CRM, WhatsApp, and email communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about US Accounting & Taxation career opportunities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

Freshers with excellent communication, confidence, and sales aptitude may also apply.

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Candidates from B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, CA/CS/CMA background or Commerce/Finance background will have an added advantage.
