Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end operations of international holiday packages.

• Coordinate with overseas DMCs, hotels, transporters, guides, and other suppliers.

• Prepare and coordinate customized international holiday itineraries as per client requirements.

• Handle hotel, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel arrangements.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.

• Obtain quotations from international suppliers and negotiate rates where required.

• Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices, and travel-related documentation.

• Coordinate with clients before and during their international trips.

• Ensure timely confirmations and smooth execution of all travel arrangements.

• Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and emergency situations during travel.

• Maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and DMC partners.

• Check costing, margins, payment schedules, and booking details.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.





• Maintain proper records and update operational reports.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of international destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and holiday

packages.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under deadlines.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Commerce / Business Administration or

related field.

• 25 years of experience in International Holiday Operations / Travel Operations.

• Experience working with DMCs, B2B travel suppliers, or international holiday packages will

be preferred.
