We are looking for an experienced Head of Hospitality Operations to lead and oversee the overall operations of our hospitality and restaurant business. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, customer experience, cost control, team performance, and adherence to company standards across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end operations across all hospitality outlets, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and growth plans.
- Monitor outlet-wise sales, profitability, food cost, labour cost, wastage, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure consistent standards of food quality, service, hygiene, safety, ambience, and customer experience.
- Review outlet performance through regular MIS, operational reports, audits, and business reviews.
- Identify underperforming outlets and implement corrective and improvement plans.
- Work closely with F&B;, Kitchen, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive manpower planning, productivity, training, performance management, and leadership development across outlets.
- Ensure effective inventory management, procurement controls, stock accuracy,



and reduction of operational wastage.
- Handle customer feedback, escalations, service recovery, and operational crisis situations effectively.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, operational checklists, compliance standards, and internal control mechanisms.
- Support new outlet openings, expansion projects, process implementation, and operational transitions.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and management reviews to ensure operational discipline and compliance.
- Provide strategic insights and regular business updates to senior management.

Experience & Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, F&B;, or multi-unit operations, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large operational teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L;, food cost, manpower cost, inventory, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel across outlets as required.
