About the Role
nA Mumbai-based interior design studio, working across healthcare, residential and hospitality, is hiring two architects. Each reports to the Senior Architect of the assigned team and runs the day-to-day of two projects, from early design through live construction. Design contribution is expected from the first phase, not after a stretch of drafting.

nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Handle the day-to-day of two projects at different stagesn
- Coordinate in three directions: consultants and contractors, the client on routine matters, and upward to the Senior, the Lead and, when critical, the Principaln
- Coordinate MEP, structural and other consultants on live projects; align with the design team on early-stage workn
- Contribute design ideas and develop them with the Senior and the Leadn
- Produce drawings, details, models and presentation material to the studio's standardn
- Prepare and deliver presentations, and communicate ideas within the teamn
- Guide interns and junior architects (one to two years) on routine tasksn




- Accompany the Senior on site and progressively handle routine queriesn
- Flag red flags to the Senior early, and to the Principal where criticaln
- Scale from two projects to more as you settle inn

nMust Have
n
- n
- 3 to 5 years in architecturen
- A studio of similar size (around 20 to 30 people or more) with direct Principal or Lead exposure and end-to-end project work, not a single task arean
- Consultant and contractor coordination on at least one live projectn
- Personal design contribution on completed workn
- AutoCAD and SketchUp; Photoshop and InDesign; MS Office or Google Workspacen
- Fluent English and transparent communicationn
- Based in Mumbai or genuinely settled in Maharashtran
