Position: Tea Data Entry & Factory Coordination Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Fresher to join our Tea Operations team. The role involves managing tea-related data, coordinating with factories and auction teams, maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform tea-related data entry with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with factories for production and operational data.
- Handle auction-related pre-sale and post-sale documentation and data updates.
- Maintain and update tea inventory, dispatch, and transaction records.
- Prepare MIS reports and data summaries using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely information flow.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
- Assist in process improvements and digitization initiatives.

Required Qualifications:





- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Interest in data analysis, operations, and automation.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
