Role Overview: Hands-on Java/AWS GenAI Engineer to design and develop scalable AI-driven applications. The role will focus on building enterprise-grade backend systems leveraging AWS services, microservices architecture, and Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, Agentic workflows).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Java-based microservices Spring Boot on AWS.
- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, LLM integrations, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, and other AI-powered APIs and intelligent workflows.
- Implement scalable and secure cloud architectures using AWS best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD deployment and automation.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
- Experience in building REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Positive understanding of OOP design patterns and clean coding practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, IAM.
- Experience in deploying and managing scalable applications in cloud environments.
- Awareness or hands-on experience in Amazon Bedrock AI services.
