About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analysis (Sales Coordinator)to support the sales team through sales data analysis, reporting, order management, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Analyze sales data, pace reports, forecasts, and price/volume metrics
- Process and track customer orders
- Maintain accurate sales and CRM data
- Monitor open orders and coordinate with internal teams
- Support pricing requests with Finance/Costing teams
- Track sales pipeline and project opportunities
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Operations / Order Management
- Robust MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting & data analysis
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM/ERP such as Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, etc. preferred
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field
