The role will focus on building personalized customer journeys, improving retention and conversion, and leveraging marketing automation to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, marketing automation expertise, customer lifecycle understanding and robust analytical skills.



1. Lifecycle & Retention Strategy Develop and own the Email, CRM, lifecycle and retention marketing strategy. Build strategies across the customer lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation and win-back. Identify customer journey gaps and drop-offs and develop communication strategies to improve customer progression. Develop monthly/quarterly lifecycle plans aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. 2. Customer Journey & Marketing Automation Design end-to-end automated customer journeys based on customer behaviour, transactions, engagement and lifecycle stage. Define journey logic including triggers, audience criteria, communication frequency, personalization and channel selection.
