US Compliance & Onboarding Specialist Company: MTK Healthcare Location: Noida – Sector 63 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Shift: US Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST Experience: 1+ years preferred Job Summary MTK Healthcare is looking for an experienced US Compliance & Onboarding Specialist to manage and coordinate compliance and onboarding activities for healthcare professionals. We are also open to US Healthcare Recruiters who have robust hands-on experience in compliance, credentialing, and onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding and compliance processes. Verify healthcare licenses, certifications, and other credentials. Coordinate background checks and drug screening. Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records. Track document expirations and ensure timely renewals.



Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and internal teams. Ensure candidates meet client-specific compliance requirements. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate information. Required Skills Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing . Strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance & credentialing . Hands-on experience with candidate onboarding. Knowledge of background checks, drug screens, licenses, and certifications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines.
