This role will own accounts payable, treasury activities, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end accounting processes while partnering closely with finance leadership. The ideal candidate brings experience within a manufacturing setting, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting during U.S. business hours. SAP experience is highly preferred.

What You'll Own Accounts Payable Management Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and timely. Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documentation. Ensure appropriate approvals and coding prior to payment processing. Execute payment runs through ACH, wire transfers, checks, and other approved payment methods. Maintain accurate vendor master data and supporting documentation.
