We’re looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.

At Prozent, we help SMBs & MSMEs automate their daily business operations using AI, WhatsApp & workflow automation.

What will you do?

? Make outbound calls to prospective customers

? Speak with business owners & decision-makers

? Understand their business challenges

? Introduce our AI & WhatsApp automation solutions

? Qualify potential customers

? Schedule product demos for the Sales Team

? Follow up through Calls, WhatsApp & Email

? Maintain accurate CRM records

? Achieve daily & monthly lead-generation targets

Who are we looking for?

✅ Graduate in any discipline

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation or Customer Calling





✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

✅ Excellent Hindi & English communication

✅ Confident speaking with business owners

✅ Comfortable with CRM & productivity tools

✅ Positive attitude, persistence & target-oriented mindset

Experience in B2B SaaS, software sales, CRM, ERP, automation or WhatsApp Business solutions will be an added advantage.
