Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a robust background in finance and management.

- Building P&L; sheets from scratchn
- Building cash flow sheets and forecastsn
- Creating reporting boards that update us weekly/monthly on the numbers that mattern
- Actually understanding our financial position — not just reporting it, explaining itn

nQualifications

- n




- Real experience in financial analytics or a similar finance rolen
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets — building models and dashboards, not filling templatesn
- Experience building P&L; and cash flow statements from zeron
- Sharp analytical instincts — you look at numbers and tell us what they meann
- Agency, eCommerce, or digital marketing reporting experience is a big plusn
- Strong finance-based analytical skillsn
- 5- 7 years of finance experiencen
- CA (or equivalent) preferredn
- MBA a plus, not requiredn
