Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and separation.

- Coordinate joining formalities for recent hires and ensure timely completion of background verifications.

- Foster strong relationships with employees through regular engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employment law.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar field (BPO/Call Centre).

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).

- Strong understanding of employee relations, employee engagement, onboarding processes, background verification procedures.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable working night shifts (Work Timing- 7:00 P.M IST - 4:00 A.M IST)
