KeyRoles and Responsibilities

1. Banking Compliance and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain financial data templates for submission to banks, ensuring compliance with monthly and quarterly requirements as per sanction letters.
- Review and analyze sanction letters to understand compliance requirements and address them accurately.

Compliance Certification:

- Ensure timely completion and submission of compliance certificates to both working capital lenders and term lenders.

Coordination and Data Management:

- Collaborate with various internal teams to collect, review, and validate data for bank submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Internal Financial Control (IFC):

- Develop and implement an internal financial control framework tailored for Avaada Electro, including ICOFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) and manufacturing process controls.
- Ensure monthly IFC compliance with thorough documentation and reporting.

Audit Management:

- Manage internal and statutory audits related to IFC compliance,



addressing audit findings and ensuring all processes adhere to established controls.

Process Optimization:

- Continuously monitor financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualificationsand Skills

- CA- Inter (Semi Qualified)
- 6-8 years of experience in financial compliance, banking coordination, and internal controls, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of banking compliance requirements, IFC frameworks, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of financial compliance and internal control mechanisms.

Ability to handle multiple priorities anddeadlines.
