Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Customer Service (TCS) Associate to provide technical support and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should be technically inclined, a strong problem solver, and comfortable troubleshooting smart home devices and connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers through voice, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve device setup, connectivity, Wi-Fi, and technical issues.
- Investigate, document, and resolve customer issues accurately.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting and device setup.
- Navigate multiple systems and research solutions effectively.
- Identify recurring technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate support teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.




- Maintain a professional, patient, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.

Requirements:

- High School/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Solid interest in consumer technology and smart home devices.
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with technical/device troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Comfortable learning and working with new technologies and multiple applications.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
