MSI based Re-packaging, Silent Installs using batch/powershell scripting of applications,
Good experience in Win11 App migrations and proven troubleshooting expertise.
Collaborating with various Teams + Service Desk Teams on troubleshooting the Application level issues
Distributing packages through AppV Console and Ivanti
Co-ordinating with End Users / Requestors on Requirements gathering, UAT testing and complete end-to-end packaging process.
Should take responsibility on INC's, Non-Standard Application requests and other Priority requests.
