Mandatory / Must-Have:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 4+ years hands-on Python development
- Solid experience with Django / FastAPI / Flask / Pyramid
- 2+ years of cloud development GCP / AWS / Azure
- Strong API, scalable application & software architecture experience
- Hands-on CI/CD experience
- Experience with ML/AI model integration
- BE/BTech/MTech
Good to Have:
- GCP, Generative AI / RAG
- React / Redux
- Healthcare data/domain experience
- Customer-facing experience with US clients
- Team leadership experience
