nWe are seeking a HORECA Sales Executive for a funded Sustainable Packaging Startup.

nAbout the Role
n

n

nHORECA Sales Executive responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new HoReCa clients, promoting the brand’s product portfolio, and achieving sales targets while managing client relationships and internal coordination.
n

n

nResponsibilities
n

n

n
- n
- Identify, approach, and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering services).n
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.n
- Build solid relationships with chefs, F&B; managers, purchase heads, and decision-makers in the hospitality sector.n
- Promote the brands product portfolio (fresh/frozen/dry agri-exports) and introduce new SKUs.n
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close profitable deals.n
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate and follow up on leads.n
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to improve market share.n




- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, logistics, and after-sales support.n
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards using CRM tools.n
- Ensure timely collections and credit control in alignment with company policy.n

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.n

nRequired Skills
n

- n
- 1–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business developmentn
- Must be fluent with both English and Kannadan
- Must have prior exposure to HORECA / FMCG / B2B salesn
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales goals under deadlines.n
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM tools is preferred.n
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client acquisition and meetings.n
