- 5+ years overall experience in Software development with 3+ years in Appian development.
- Proven experience in Appian BPM Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, Web APIs, and Integrations.
- Proven experience in Appian Process Automation
- Proven experience with external API integrations (inbound and outbound)
- Ability to independently discuss requirements and present design options to stakeholders
- Experience in working in Agile teams, onsite/offshore model
- Solid communication skills and ability to represent your team in various meetings and forums.
