Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Cisco WAN/LAN Network Engineer / SME / Architect with 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Infrastructure, Network Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting, and Architecture. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, WAN/LAN Technologies, SD-WAN, Data Center Networking, and Network Security while serving as an SME for critical network operations and transformation initiatives.Must Have :

- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking.
- Robust expertise in Cisco Routing, Switching, and Network Architecture.
- Experience supporting large-scale global WAN/LAN environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Data Center and SD-WAN technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Design, implement, and support large-scale Enterprise WAN and LAN environments.
- Architect and manage complex Routing and Switching infrastructures.
- Provide L3/L4 technical support and SME-level guidance for critical network incidents.
- Configure, troubleshoot,



and optimize routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Manage Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, and data center networking components.
- Lead network migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.
- Perform network performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams on strategic initiatives.
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in network operations.
- Ensure availability, scalability, reliability, and security of network infrastructure.
