Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester with robust expertise in ETL Testing, SQL, Data Validation, and Data Warehouse Testing.

The candidate will be responsible for validating data across source and target systems, testing ETL pipelines, verifying transformation logic, and ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Perform ETL testing and source-to-target data validation.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
- Verify data mapping, transformation rules, joins, filters, aggregations, and business logic.
- Perform data quality, completeness, accuracy, and integrity testing.
- Test ETL workflows, jobs, schedules, and dependencies.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Validate full-load and incremental-load processes.
- Identify data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
- Log and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Work with developers, data engineers, BAs, and database teams to resolve defects.
- Prepare test cases, test data, execution reports, and testing documentation.
