- Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify financial documents.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan processing, underwriting, and disbursement.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Robust understanding of mortgage loans, personal loans, and other types of lending products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction during field work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
