nBennet & Bernard is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive on-ground sales of premium and luxury residential homes in Goa. This is a hands-on sales role with direct ownership of the customer journey — from lead qualification and client engagement to site visits, negotiation and sales closure.

- 5+ years of Premium Residential Real Estate sales experiencen
- Solid client engagement, communication, negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build relationships and networks.n
- Good understanding of lead qualification, CRM and sales pipeline management, with a strong target and ownership mindset.n
- Knowledge of the Goa real estate market, buyer profiles, pricing and competition is highly desirable.n
