Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, target-driven Offline Channel Marketing & Sourcing Lead to build and scale Make My Bath's offline lead generation engine through strategic partnerships, on-ground activations, exhibitions, society marketing, and local tie-ups.
The role will be pivotal in driving 30L+ monthly sales contribution by building a strong offline ecosystem that consistently generates high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
This is not a closing role . Success will be measured by lead quality, sourcing productivity , partner network strength, offline activation performance, and funnel predictability .

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Management
Build, onboard and scale a strong network of real estate brokers, channel partners , home loan agents, architects, contractors, builders and other relevant ecosystem partners .
Identify and develop strategic partnerships that can generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Own the complete partner lifecycle:



identification → onboarding → activation engagement → → retention → performance tracking .
Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners and local influencers within the real estate and home improvement ecosystem.
Track partner-wise productivity and continuously optimize the partner portfolio.

2. Society Activation & Community Marketing
Plan, manage and execute society activations across high-potential residential communities.

• Identify and prioritize societies based on catchment potential, household profile , possession timelines and revenue prospect .
Build relationships with committees , facility managers, resident associations and community influencers to secure activation opportunities.
• Develop innovative on-ground concepts such as bathroom consultations , design camps, resident offers, kiosks, demos and referral programs .
