nWhat You’ll Do

- n
- Seller Acquisition & Closure: Identify and onboard high-potential fashion sellers; lock top-selling SKUs for warehouse stockingn
- Onboarding & Setup: Ensure accurate SKU creation (pricing, packaging, dimensions) and smooth inventory movementn
- Inventory & SLA Management: Maintain stock availability, manage replenishment, and ensure NDD timelinesn
- Seller Growth: Drive performance, reduce stock-outs & RTO, improve assortment qualityn
- Customer Feedback Loop: Speak with customers to identify gaps in pricing, quality, and deliveryn
- Supply Quality: Work with warehouse/logistics to improve packaging, accuracy, and fulfilment standardsn

nWhat We’re Looking For
n
- n
- 2–6 years in e-commerce / marketplace / seller management / category / B2B salesn
- Experience with Meesho / Flipkart / Amazon / similar ecosystems preferredn
- Solid execution + negotiation skillsn
- Comfortable with field work (markets, warehouses, suppliers)n
- Understanding of unit economics, margins & supply chain basicsn
