Prepare credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments. Handle customer queries through email, chat, and calls. Investigate and resolve billing and payment disputes. Manage Order-to-Cash activities from billing to collection. Apply customer payments and clear unapplied cash. Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments.
