VNH Naidu Hall The Family Store, an 87-year-old retail brand, is expanding its e-commerce business across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Mdyntra, AJIO, Zivame and other marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced qualified to take ownership of e-commerce inventory planning, marketplace stock management and OMS operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce inventory across Shopify and multiple marketplaces.
- Handle SAPUnicommerce/OMS stock synchronisation and reconciliation.
- Plan daily stock replenishment and allocation across the mother warehouse, 3PL, Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF and other fulfilment locations.
- Monitor stock availability, stock-outs, stock cover, ageing and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, planning and marketplace teams for timely stock movement.
- Plan inventory requirements for festive seasons, sales events and new launches.
- Support partial omni-channel inventory operations and future marketplace expansion.




- Prepare and analyse daily/weekly inventory MIS and identify actionable stock issues.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce inventory planning / marketplace operations / supply chain.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce/Uniware, SAP/ERP or similar OMS/WMS platforms.
- Strong experience managing inventory across multiple marketplaces and fulfilment locations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills with strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.
- Experience with Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF and/or 3PL operations is preferred.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle or retail e-commerce will be an advantage.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently own e-commerce inventory health—from stock planning and allocation to replenishment, reconciliation and marketplace availability.
