- 8 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Oracle HCM techno functional experience in ORC Recruitment Booster Talent Management and Learning modules
- Experience with APIs Approval workflows Fast formulas and end to end ORC process TM lifecycle
- Experience with APIs Approval workflows Fast formulas and talent management lifecycle
- Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
- Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- Review of functional design functional testing functional configuration review
- ntegration testing reports validation data conversion validation




- Testing Experience to Perform testing and coridnate with users to perform testing
- Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
- Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
- Documenting test results
- Reporting test results
- Data Conversion
- Perform data validation
- Positive understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
- Integrations Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis
- Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
- EndtoEnd Integrationp testing
- Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations
- Provide support in training on all HCM modules
