Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our pharma distribution business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, reconciliations, vendor management, and account finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Perform vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Process and verify vendor invoices, payments, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate for timely collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account finalization.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.




- Ensure proper accounting of transactions related to pharma distribution operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience in the Pharma Distribution / Healthcare / Distribution industry will be an added advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in BRS, Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Vendor Reconciliation, and Account Finalization.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
