Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment to join our team on a permanent remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, CTC, and notice period.
- Must have experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring.
- Understand IT requirements and identify suitable technical profiles.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.
- Achieve recruitment targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Candidate Profile

- 17 years of experience in IT Recruitment




- C2H recruitment experience is mandatory
- Experience in domestic IT hiring preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Female candidates preferred
