Primary Responsibilities:?. Downloading the OBD,s? and maintianing dispatch plan status in the shift.? ??

?2. Creation of Freight order? as per plan? and float to the respective transporter for placement of the vehicle in SAP system.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

? 3. Followup with vendors for placement of vehicles. Creation of Packing list? and share the same within Quality department and Loading Section for loading.? ? ?

?4. Cross verification of the packing list with Weighbridge and creation of billing documents as per verified packing list, delivery order and sales order.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

5. Preparing? dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-way bill, Packing list,



LR? ?and Test Certificate and handover the same duly verified to transporter representative/ driver.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

? 6. On regular? basis , invoices? and other documents related to 4(6) dispatches courried to JSL/ JSHL.

Skills: Well versed with billing , e-way bill and day to day dispatch activities.
